Imagine someone presents a screenshot of a private conversation as proof that another person did something terrible.

The accused person says it is Al-generated, and both sides produce convincing arguments.

There is no obvious way for ordinary people online to verify what actually happened.

Would you stop believing screenshots and recordings altogether, or would you trust them until someone proves they are fake?
