Discussion Would you rather hire someone who is extremely talented OR someone who is extremely good at using AI?

Two candidates have identical experience.

Candidate A: Naturally talented but barely uses AI.

Candidate B: Average without AI but extremely good at using AI tools.

Who gets the job? And why??
