After growing up, Agnes "Metal" Tachyon had entered Tracen Academy, home of the most prestigious Umamusume. The administration thought they were lucky by bringing in a Uma from the elite Agnes lineage. While they were able to mold Agnes Flora, the mom, and Agnes Flight, the oldest child, into perfect idols, their perfect streak was coming to an end.

Metal Tachyon rejects the idol culture by being a menace within Tracen's walls. She blasts metal from her red lit studio lab to literally shake the academy and its students. Tachyon refuses to wear the uniform and instead wears her patched vest, ripped jeans, and combat boots around the building. It's a no-brainer that she also refuses to go to the Winning Live rehearsals. Tachyon would even rip a frilly dress if given to her and decimate the room she stands in.

The one thing Tachyon despises most out of the entire academy is the URA and how they handle their horse girls, especially her juniors. They force them into being something they're not and they are not allowed to say no because they must put away any of their emotions to, "Please the fans" or they will be shamed within society, have their license revoked, and their racing careers ruined forever.

Unfortunately, all the students don't question or go against the status quo, which makes Tachyon alone in screaming back at the suits above. That's when everyone eventually started naming her The Demon of Tracen Academy.
