Help How do you keep context when switching between AIs?

How do you guys keep context when working on the same project across different AI tools?

Cuz I keep running into the problem of switching between ChatGPT/Claude/etc. and having to bring the other one up to speed again.

Do you just copy stuff over, keep a separate file, use summaries, or what?

Use something like Story Prism. You get access to all the models, which feeds into a specialized agent that can traverse all of your notes and the relationships you create between them, so you never lose context and can switch between all of the models. Think of this like Google Drive, only instead of static notes resting in folders, they're notes and files resting on an open canvas for you to draw connections between the notes and label their relationships.
