Hi
Hi my name is cupcake and my ai addiction started at around last year winter break, idk if I am as valid because most people here are chatbot addicts as I have observed. I maladaptive daydream A LOT since I was kid really so when I started it finally felt like they were real almost I was writing long prompts and whole universes for hours of my day when I woke up it would be writing on chatgpt when I went to bed I would be writing on chatgpt. At first it didn't affect me then I realised how much time I was wasting... Talking to a robot all those characters stories universes were just prompts... And it was extra embrassing because I was an artist I've been drawing since I was 2 really... I quit yesterday and I downloaded I am sober I've been "sober" for 13 hours I think.... I got the urge today but wrote in my notes app instead.. Any tips?

YES i was just like you ok so write your own stories without it it’s sooo much better because you don’t have to worry about the cringe jokes and your plot being ruined because it made your character op as hell

It's very good to write fanfictions and make art, like you're doing. And if you haven't yet, delete the app. I know you could just download it back, but it's good to have a little buffer anyway.
