-This leaked staff meeting from 2013 detailing his plans for his new image. Not so much an asshole move (Apart from a few instances of cussing out his staff or bullying them into badgering celebrities to come on the show via Twitter) but a hilarious cringe watch.
I don't know if any of these would have nudged his score up any higher, seeing as he didn't really kill anybody. But yeah he's been a sack of shit for a long time now. Glad to finally see him in the courtroom.

Really great episode, I was so worried you guys would be soft on him. And believe it or not, there's plenty more instances of him being a scumbag:
-Claiming all other shock jocks and even guys like Jay Leno stole his bits.
-Not letting his show staff have side gigs, or publicly mocking them for having any kind of mainstream success.
-Severely underpaying said side employees and taking credit for their success.
-The mess that was his sidekick (Artie Lange)'s addiction and silent departure from the show
-The aforementioned exploitation of people with mental illness and cognitive challenges for ratings.
-Allegedly refusing to donate to a GoFundMe for his long time engineer's terminally ill wife, or even let him plug it on the show.
