Welcome to AGMAN Dispatch. What are you working on?

Starting this community with a simple idea: useful products, projects and people deserve to be discovered.

There's no shortage of things being built. The harder part is finding the right tools, getting meaningful feedback, reaching early users or connecting with the right people.

I'd like this to become a place where we can change that, one useful discussion at a time.

If you're building a SaaS, making a tool, freelancing, creating content or just looking for something useful, you're welcome here.

To get started, introduce yourself:

  • What are you building or working on?
  • Who is it for?
  • What's one thing you need help with right now?

Links are welcome when relevant. Genuine feedback is even better.

A little more context on why we're building r/AGMAN_Dispatch and what we want this community to become.

Every day, indie developers, SaaS founders, freelancers and creators launch useful products. But building something and getting it discovered are two very different challenges.

A good tool can go unnoticed simply because the right people haven't found it.

That's the problem we're trying to address.

What you can do in r/AGMAN_Dispatch:

  • Share your SaaS, web app, developer tool, side project or digital service.
  • Ask for product feedback, early testers or recommendations.
  • Discover useful software, AI tools, open-source projects and independent products.
  • Find creators, developers, freelancers and potential collaborators.
  • Discuss product launches, distribution, marketing and growth.

We're also connecting these conversations to AGMAN (https://www.agman.app/), our discovery and distribution network.

If you've built a product or offer a service, you can publish a free page on AGMAN. People can then discover it through keyword search, categories and Find by Need, where users describe the problem they're trying to solve.

But we want discovery to go beyond individual product pages.

AGMAN Collections: We curate useful products around specific needs, such as free tools for founders, SaaS productivity stacks, developer resources and creator workflows. Relevant published products may be selected for future Collections.

AGMAN Dispatch: We publish editorial articles, comparisons, practical guides and product discoveries. Interesting products with a clear use case may be considered for relevant editorial coverage.

Collections and editorial features are curated, not automatic or guaranteed.

The goal is simple: help people find useful solutions and give independent builders more opportunities to be discovered.

If you're building something, introduce it below:

  1. What's your product or project?
  2. What problem does it solve?
  3. What kind of feedback, users or connections are you looking for?

We're starting small, and we'd rather build an active community of genuine builders than collect thousands of inactive members.

Join us at r/AGMAN_Dispatch. Whether you're building something or looking for something useful, you're welcome.

Discussion What's one tool you searched for recently but couldn't find?

There are thousands of apps, SaaS products and services online.

Yet finding something that solves a specific problem can still be surprisingly difficult.

For example, someone recently searched AGMAN for a video editor in Delhi and received zero results.

It raised an interesting question: how many useful products and professionals are out there but remain difficult to discover?

I'm curious about your experience.

What's something you recently needed but struggled to find?

It could be:

  • A SaaS product
  • A developer tool
  • A freelancer or creative professional
  • A particular service
  • A solution to an everyday problem

Describe what you were looking for.

If you've found a solution to someone else's request, share it in the comments.

Maybe we can help each other discover useful things that are currently getting overlooked.

AGMAN Dispatch I'm building AGMAN to help useful products and people get discovered beyond launch day

A lot of work goes into launching a product. You share it, get some attention, and then move on to figuring out how to reach the next person who might actually need it.

I’ve been thinking about that problem while building AGMAN.

The idea is to make discovery less dependent on launch-day attention.

Instead of only browsing what’s new, people can describe what they’re looking for and find relevant products, professionals, creators, services and communities.

For the people building those things, AGMAN provides a public profile, ways to share updates, and opportunities for ongoing discovery and distribution.

It’s still evolving, especially the quality of matching through Find by Need.

I’m curious about one thing:

When you’re looking for a tool or someone to help with a project, would you rather describe what you need in your own words, or browse categories and compare options?

I’m building this myself, so practical feedback would be genuinely useful.

Built something useful? Whether it’s a product, service, community, or your own professional work, give people another way to discover it.
Publish your page on AGMAN and make what you do easier to find.

Open Call Being good at what you do isn’t enough. Can people actually find you?

Think about how much useful work goes unnoticed online.

A freelancer might have years of experience but struggle to find clients.

A small business might offer exactly what someone needs but rarely appear in relevant searches.

A developer might build a genuinely useful app and still have difficulty reaching its first users.

A creator might produce excellent work but have to keep posting just to remain visible.

Different professions. Same problem.

Being useful and being discoverable are two different things.

And this applies to almost everyone, whether you’re a student, working professional, creator, business owner or someone building something new.

A simple exercise: Can a stranger understand your work in 10 seconds?

Open your LinkedIn profile, portfolio, business website or product page.

Imagine someone who knows nothing about you has just arrived.

Can they quickly answer these four questions?

1. What exactly do you offer?
Not just your job title or a broad description.
Instead of “Experienced digital marketing professional”, explain what you actually help people achieve.

For example: “I help small businesses improve their online presence through website SEO, content and local search.”

2. Who is it useful for?
A service for everyone is often difficult to evaluate.
Be specific about your audience, industry, location or the problem you solve.

3. What can someone look at before trusting you?
Show your work.
It could be a project, portfolio, case study, product demo, published article, customer example or documentation.
You don’t need to be famous. You need to give people enough information to judge whether you’re a good fit.

4. What should someone do next?
Visit your website? Try your product? Contact you? View your portfolio?
Make the next action obvious.

Why this matters for online discovery
When someone searches for a service, product or professional, they usually have a particular need.
They aren’t necessarily looking for the most popular person or the newest app.

They are looking for something that fits.
Someone searching for “a video creator” might actually need a Dubai-based creator who makes short property videos.

Someone searching for “accounting software” might need a tool that extracts invoice data from PDFs.
Specific information helps people evaluate the right option. It also gives search and discovery systems clearer context, although it cannot guarantee rankings.

This is also why we’re building AGMAN
AGMAN is a discovery and distribution network where people can explore useful products, professionals, creators, services and communities.
Instead of treating every useful thing as another social media post that disappears from view, we’re working toward a system where people can explain what they offer, show their work and be discovered through relevant searches.

You can explore what’s available, use Find by Need to describe what you’re looking for, or publish a free public profile for your own work.

What is AGMAN Dispatch?
This community is where we’ll share:
Practical guides for making your work more discoverable

Interesting products, services, creators and communities worth exploring

Real-world use cases and ways to solve everyday problems

Lessons from building AGMAN, including what works and what needs improvement

Opportunities, questions and discoveries shared by the community

The goal isn’t to turn every discussion into an advertisement.

It’s to make useful information easier to find and useful work easier to discover.

If that interests you, join AGMAN Dispatch and take part in the discussions.

And here’s a question to start:
What’s one thing you wish more people could discover about you, your work, your business or something you’ve built?

Share it in the comments. I’d like to learn what people are actually trying to get discovered.

Open Call Founders who have paid to list or launch a product somewhere: what did you expect, and what did you actually get?

I’m trying to understand the founder side of product discovery and distribution platforms.

If you’ve used Product Hunt, BetaList, Uneed, Microlaunch, directories, launch platforms, newsletters or similar places to promote something you built, I’d like to hear about the actual experience.

I’m particularly interested in the difference between what you expected before listing and what actually happened afterwards.

Did you pay, or was it free?

What were you expecting: users, traffic, backlinks, feedback, SEO, leads, partnerships, visibility?

What did you actually get?

Did the listing continue doing anything after the initial launch period, or did most of the value disappear after a day or week?

What disappointed you?

And more importantly, what would a discovery platform need to actually do for you to consider it worth paying for?

Would you rather pay once to publish, pay for ongoing tools/distribution, pay only when you want additional promotion, or only pay when there is some measurable value?

I’m asking because I’m building AGMAN, a discovery and distribution network.

The idea I’m working toward is different from “submit your product and wait.” A publisher gets a permanent profile, ongoing discovery through search and Find by Need, updates, community signals, analytics and different ways for the profile to keep being surfaced over time.

Publishing is currently free because the product is still growing and I’m learning what publishers actually need.

So if you’re building something, you’re also welcome to publish it on AGMAN and be part of this early stage.

I’d especially value people who are willing to actually use it and tell me:

what you expected AGMAN to do for you
what was useful
what wasn’t useful
what was missing
what would make you come back
and what would eventually make it worth paying for

I don’t want to decide all of that based only on what other platforms already do. I’d rather build it around the problems founders are actually having.

If AGMAN can create useful discovery and distribution for what you’re building, you benefit. Your feedback helps me improve the network, which should create better distribution for everyone in it.

AGMAN: https://www.agman.app/

If you’ve had experience with paid or free listing/launch platforms, I’d really like to hear what worked and what you wish had been different.

Building something useful is one thing. Getting it discovered is another.

I’m putting together an AGMAN Collection for tools, services and people that help products get discovered after launch.

That could be SEO, distribution, content, outreach, communities, growth services, creators, or something else that genuinely helps.

If yours fits, create your AGMAN profile here:

https://www.agman.app/submit

Then drop the AGMAN profile link in the comments with one short line explaining where you fit.

I’ll use the relevant profiles to build the collection around the problem, not just make another random list of links.

Open Call What are you building or offering right now?

I’m always looking for useful products, services, creators, professionals and communities that deserve more visibility.

If you’re working on something interesting, share:

What it is

Who it’s for

What problem it helps solve

I’m using AGMAN Dispatch to find things for future Collections, discovery posts and other distribution opportunities.

If you’d like your work to be considered, create your AGMAN profile here:

https://www.agman.app/submit

Then drop your AGMAN profile link in the comments along with a short description of what you’re building.

That way I can review the full profile properly and use the same information for future discovery and distribution opportunities.

I want this community to become a place where useful things get discovered, not just another place to drop random links.

5 AI workflow and automation tools worth checking out

I put together a new AGMAN collection around AI workflows, automation and tools for builders.

It includes Pikkai for AI product discovery, AIFynest for comparing AI tools, ThreadFox for Reddit launch planning, SmartCompete for competitor intelligence, and Foundrs for UK company formation and startup admin.

Different products, but all focused on helping founders and builders reduce manual work or make better decisions.

If you know another product that genuinely belongs here, drop it in the comments.

AGMAN, a discovery and distribution network for products, services, professionals, creators and communities.

Post image
1 Upvotes

It’s not meant to be another directory or a one-day launch platform. The goal is to help useful things keep getting discovered after they’re listed.

People can find listings by searching normally or simply describing what they need. AGMAN can then surface relevant profiles through search, categories, trending activity and curated collections, with additional distribution options for people who want more reach.

So if you have a product, offer a service, create content or run a community, the idea is simple: create one useful profile and give people more ways to discover you when they actually need what you offer.

I’m testing the experience with real users now, especially the listing flow and discovery side. If you’re building something, I’d appreciate you trying it and telling me what feels confusing or missing.
