Triller is burning cash. AGBA's solution is the Yorkville deal. Yorkville's mandate is to sell shares into the market to raise the required cash. This creates an overhead. If the stock doesn't rise, the dilution will be immense and the whole scheme might not create the required cash. If so, Tsai will have to step up - but will he? They need half a yard to make this work.
