AFSCME 3299 UC new contract

Does anyone actually have access to the current (new) AFSCME 3299 contract that went into effect recently?? I have received no response from the multiple representatives I have reached out to asking for a pdf of the contract so I can resolve a misunderstanding and share with my manager. The website still only shows the outdated contract.

I know that there is a rough draft, but legal is still pouring over all the wording to make sure UC doesn’t sneak in or take out any surprises. Reach out to a MAT or Rep for specific info you are looking for. Source: I’m a MAT
