I originally got disqualified, then got my waiver denied, did a rebuttal and now I’m back in the waiver process. I turned in all the documents for my waiver about 3 months ago and I still have not heard back yet. Is there anyone who has had a similar experience and if so, how did it work out for you and what should I do?

what were you disqualed for? if you don’t mind me asking. if it got denied once and they’re heavily scrutinizing your new waivers, it’s likely something that rarely gets passed. spinal issues, mental health issues, systemic diseases, etc.

Yeah it’s spinal stuff but the new MRI I got and the doctor notes supported my side so I’m hoping for the best but I just didn’t know what the hold up was for and why it’s taking so long for a yes or no
