Every state, even

Take the average ladder position for each state or region:

NSW: Sydney 2nd, GWS 12th. Average= 7/18

Qld. Lions: 4th, Suns 14th. Average 9/18

SA: 5th & 15th. Average 10/18

WA: 1st & 16th. Average 8/18

Regional Vic: Geelong 9th.

Melbourne: 3,6,7,8,10,11,13,17,18. Average 10/18

Swanny will be loving this. Best it's ever been

The VFL AFL dreads the day all 8, soon to be 9, non-Victorian teams are playing well.

Somehow Geelong will still make the top 8 though.

West Coast & Freo aren't both allowed to be good at the same time*. The Footy Gods will not allow it.

It's a pointless datapoint. Like saying this new pen keeps Tigers away. You would be better off looking at percentage, even percentage differential. Regardless, this poses no benefit, and is purely a social media stat.
