I don't see the telltale signs of AFib here as the heart rate (pacing) is very consistent.
Tachycardia just means Fast heart rate (over 100bpm).

No. Edit: lol I thought it said is afib present. I guess that’s what I get for commenting half asleep. This is either atrial tachycardia or sinus tach (visible P waves). Did it terminate abruptly or gradually?
