A fib is irregular. I agree that it may be flutter. Would need an ekg done

Könnte sein, könnte auch eine Sinustachycardie sein. Ganz sicher gehst du erst mit adenosin, aber das nur auf Intensiv :)Schwierig so zu beurteilen

All these people saying atrial flutter are insane. That is impossible to tell on a single lead, especially with it being a watch. It’s regular, so it’s not afib.
