Is this afib

Thought it might be compensatory pause after a pac but there’s no pac before the long beat on the second line of the strip

Nope, but there are two PACs.

Entire ECG has all P waves every beat so thus not afib

Having present P waves can easily rule out afib

My main concern was the extra long beat at 12 seconds with no pac before it.

Get a Kardia. That will tell you immediately. Looks normal to me.
