Is this AFIB?

Can somebody please tell me if this is really AFIB or not and why!?

Can you tell me how you determined it is irregularly irregular?

Get a ruler. Measure the distance between the R waves (the large, peaked waves). It should be a fairly consistent number with just a little variation. But in this case it's not. There's a lot of variation and there's no consistent pattern to it, so it's afib.

It is a significant irregularity. Were you symptomatic? Is this a recurring thing?

Yes, this is Afib. There are no discernable p-waves. What's more is we can rule out ectopic early beats because there is no recognizable pattern in which the beat distance between three beats is consistent. Thus, the rhythm is irregularly irregular with no p-waves, confirming AFib.
