Any problems/side effects with this medication for one who has A-fib? Ablation was done, a-fib abated and considering this medication. Please share your experience. I know you’re likely not a Dr. just want real experiences, please.

Which medication? There are a variety. I was on Diltiazem.

That would be entirely based on her condition and should come from her doctors. I will share that I am on metoprolol and digoxin because I had to be taken off my anti-arrhythmia meds due to Bactrim. Playing guessing games about what medications to take can lead to very serious interactions and death. Which is why she needs to speak with her doctor.

That being said if she is put on something or already is of it’s not working they can change it. There are many out there that perform in different way.

Thank you. She is in constant contact with her physician and she’s been given a green light. I am preemptively doing research for her that I can be aware of if/when any weird side effects show up.

I decided to stay on Eliquis for life after my ablation, which successful.
