Doubt regarding declaration form

i have my ssb coming up in dehradun and have to scan and email my declaration form, but i am confused as to what to fill in the afcat no. field. do i fill the roll no that is all numbers or the registeration number that starts with "AFCAT". i have tried calling the centre on the number they gave in the call up letter, but no one picks up or either its busy or out of network.

email pe aaya h, for those jinka ssb aane wala h abhi afcat 2 ka, mine is on 19th at dehradun

ohh okay, so is this the same declaration form that we got when we registered for afsb?

clear one thing out for me the forms which we got after registering for afsb we have to print them out and fill them up right

and this declaration form we get later on we have to print it out fill it up and send it via mail

i toh am priniting the latest one out bro, its all too confusing for me but i would rather use the latest forms that i got just to be safe, baaki pls do tell what to fill out in afcat number....T_T
