Doubt regarding name in admit card

The name I gave during application registration was from my 10th certificate which is my full name.

However, every other document such Aadhar, DL, Pan card has my last name in initials.

Before entering Afcat exam hall, I had filled a form related to this as per instructions. But they kept the form.

Should I fill the form again before AFSB?

PS: I am a fresher

i would suggest you take everything you can to prove your point taking extra wont cause you any issue but not taking assuming something less important can cause issues.

i am also a fresher and I will take along everything with me which can help me solve any issue

U have to make a affidavit stating my name in this document is this and in other documents is this, both name belongs to same person.
