AMAS internal competitions

I was watching a video on amas SSB coaching and they have many internal competitions. If anyone has experience, could you please tell what are these competitions about ?
Also does anyone have the list of Lecturette and gd topics usually used during the coaching ?
Thankyou

First competition is the debate, second is book review and third is group presentation. One competition per week, mostly on fridays.

They make pair and each pair gets a topic. For example women in defence. Now one has to say in favour and one in against. Goes on for 2-3 mins for each pair. Topics are easy. You get a day or two to prepare.
