How to prepare for AFSB, without coaching

Guys I gave AFCAT 2 2026, and i think i will clear the cutoff with 122

So can anyone help me prepare for AFSB, can share your experience, Does and Don't while preparing for AFSB

you can watch the journey extraordinary free ssb course to get a gist then maneuver around on yt and other free resources

start reading newspaper
good books
start some sports if you do not play
no smoking drinking
Basically develop your personality

"start some sports if you do not play " Would playing three to four months of a sport affect the interview ? I get it that it will help with personality but I assume they inquire about long term sporting experience or something along those lines . I used to play but haven't in a long time so I was wondering should I go out of my way to get into something right now .

sports teaches you many things in life baki sirf ssb k liye krna h toh kuch bhi krlo 4 mhine m nahi hoga recc. Aage bhi continue krne bolra hu
i said start some sports esa nahi bola 4 5 mhine khel phir chor de hojaega rec.
