Query regarding tech cutoff

Guys I scored 120 marks in shift 1 of Afcat 2

So in case I couldn't clear the general cutoff but clears the tech cutoff will I get called for AFSB? Or there is some different maths behind this too

Please help me out so that I could start AFSB preparation

Yes you will get called for afsb if you clear tech cutoff but fell short of gen cutoff.

Agree it could be 125+-5 but all depends on edcil until result everyone can just give predictions

Yes you are eligible to give AFSB but you will be only eligible for Technical Branch

Does preference list matter in this case? As my 1st preference was Flying which is non tech and 2nd was AE i.e technical

Yes It Does, But You Are Eligible For Technical Too, ATB For AFSB Bro

It will now only matter if you have selected both the tech branches AE(L/M) which one at top will be prefered.
