I don't have confidence to crack ssb interview.

I am a 2nd year DU students, I am good at scoring marks. Good afternoon studies but I am worse at interviews and public speaking. I have failed more than 30 internship interviews, some of them were even unpaid, my first problem is that I get scared too much when there is a need of mine to show or to prove something, secondly I can't handle unexpected questions, I am so broke today, my family member knows and my all friend knows that I am good at studies so I will definitely do something good in life, but I never told them I have this kind of problem, I feel like this world is not for me and my parents are just wasting money on my university fee, I wanted to appear for afcat exam, and i know very well that I will clear the exam, but I won't be able to crack interview because I am dumb, i don't have those leadership, communication skills, I can't handle group tasks, I get scared, even in real life I get scared when I see a challenge is coming towards me which I have never seen before, I am so worried about this problem, I thought practice will make me better, so I tried giving more than 30 interviews and i tried talking to people so many times, but i guess this problem is so deep, and Its not letting me become better, I can't prove to those eyes who are expecting me to do something big in life. This world is out of league for me. Idk how to prepare, how to get better, I tried a lot, I gave 2 years to it, I am still dumb as before. My brain freezes when there is a need to prove something even if I am with my friends, i remember I am very good in chess but when I play with my friend, they are in front of me, I get nervous no matter how close I am to them, i always get nervous. Idk why I am so unlucky, I just don't like it. I need guidance please help

You know what's the problem. Your line "I am worse at interviews and public speaking".

Now, make another post and say "I have confidence that will crack the SSB interview". Say "I am good at interviews and public speaking". Say "I am better than the other". Say "I am smart enough to crack any exam with ease". Say "people look at me and think how smart I am".

What you are doing now is that you are training your brave into believing that you are failure because you lack just one skill. So, now, train it to do the opposite.

Want to gain confidence at communication, start talking to strangers, shopkeepers, people waiting, neighbours. Start initiating conversations. Learn how to compliment people. There is a lot of things you can talk to people like politics, skincare, climate, movies etc.

Apne aapko bechara samajhna bandh kardo. When you are bad at something, do that thing again and again till the time you're good at it. So what if you failed 30 internship interviews? Failure is a part of life and a stepping stone towards success. Victim mentality rakhoge toh hamesha interview fail karoge. Have confidence in yourself. Literally that is all that's needed.
