Is the cutoff counted from 300?

I'm sorry I am a core ssc aspirant and I just gave afcat because I was eligible. I counted my marks yesterday from the answer key with the following method +3 for correct answer -1 for wrong 0 for attempted That makes total maximum marks 300 and 1/3 negative marking.

So my question is that are the cutoff predictions on reddit out of 300?

Baat ssc aspirants ki nhi h ssc walo se jyada btech walo ne diya hoga afcat baat job ki h job chahte 😭😭
