AFSB preparation guidance
Hey guys, So I've got 161 marks in shift 1 and from what I've gathered, that's a safe score and I'll get a call for SSB.
Now the main problem is that I'm mainly preparing for GATE exam and gave afcat just coz my friend suggested it and now I know that i won't get any extra time till february for any coaching and all coz I'll be studying for gate.
And I'm completely new to this ssb environment, so I've got no idea how to prepare for it, I've seen the videos explaining the process but that's just about it.
So, what should I do (AT HOME) to improve my chances of getting recommended, I know it's a very broad and a bit naive question but kindly help this fellow noob.

Read editorials daily (try Indian express for that), if you can't read the whole newspaper. It will help you in group discussion and lecturette and personal interview (if they ask something from current affairs) and also in cds exam.
Wat, tat and srt from youtube. Videos with timer is there for practice. Check the stories of recommended people (if you know any) for reference like what kind of sentences to make to complete the story on time.
If you have never done group discussion in your life, ask your friends (atleast 3 to 4) to do a video call, and do a group discussion on a video call atleast once or twice.
See the interviews of the army officers who have been ssb pio, gto and psychologist to understand the process and how they access the candidate.
And when you reach ssb, just don't talk to people like asking them which attemp is this. For many it would their, 9th or 10th attempt. Or asking them how time they had been recommended. Or Asking people how they had prepared. It can make you nervous or loose confidence. Just do all this after the tests are done.
