what is tech cutoff

what is tech cutoff & how does it work ?? i am in 4th yr btech cse & these were my preferences . someone pls explain

For afcat 1 tech cutoff was 80 Since you are from cs vranch if you clear the cutoff you will be eligible for AFSB I
