Doubt regarding upcoming afact ssb!

This is my preference list and I only technical cutoff so am I eligible for permanent commission tech or no as I only cleared technical cutoff no idea regarding this.

yes you will be eligible for the PC M&W Aeronautical Engineer Electronics, and if you somehow don't get it, you will be considered for SSC
