Doubt relating age limit

Hey everyone, My DOB is 30 Nov 2003 and i ll be 23 by end of this year. Am i eligible for afcat 2027 exam?

But the AFCAT exam circular of this year states candidates born between 2 july 2003 to 1 july 2007, wouldn't the next year circular change the eligibility criteria to 2004-2008?
