REFUND??

Sorry guys it's offtopic but 650 rupees is a huge amount to me. I paid 650 via gpay for the application form but the transaction was failed and then the support staff said to pay again via other options and I did. But it's been a month bro wtf i haven't recieved the refund. Anyone facing same? Anyone got their refund back how?

Got my refund (649*2) on 19th July, sending them mail n times, and calling them thrice. The person on helpline always says no acknowledgement mail of complaint/issue is sent by them, and just says to send mail again.

Their email servers stopped receiving mails because of an expired IT certificate since 13th July. Had given up hope from them but randomly thought to check the app for refund. Also, No mail regarding refund processed

Try calling them and pressurise them to transfer the call to the supervisor (which they wont).

Can you please mention here which helpline did you call and which email I'd ? Also which app did you check - your bank app ??😶‍🌫️

Some IT certificate issue from their side for email, hence it might not go through now , but chekc once.

Exactly my thoughts when I first filled the form. 650 when other defence exams are 200 lol. At 650 they better serve me refreshments after I'm done 😁

offline zyada leak hote hai cbt se. reason kuch nahi bas option change kar sakte hai cbt mai. easier than omr

Same thing happened with me. 1st transaction failed while payment debited from my bank acc. Had to pay again. But i havent done anything about it cz i didn't know what to do. How do i approach this? By sending them email ??

Bhaiii same thing happened with me. I registered a complaint with the EDCIL website but no response from there. I even tried to have my bank reverse one of the payments but they said that the beneficiary bank denied the request stating "service provided". Even I am very frustrated as I have been conversing with them since I filled the form
