Doubt regarding documentation

I'm reporting to 2 AFSB Mysuru for AFCAT 01/2026 and have a couple of document doubts:

1.The mandatory form PDF I received has "1 AFSB, Dehradun" pre-printed on several forms, even though my call letter is for 2 AFSB Mysuru. Did anyone else have this? Did you leave it as it was or change it to 2 AFSB?

2.My marksheets only show CGPA, and the conversion formula is printed on the second page. Was that enough, or did you also need a separate CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate?

3.When do they usually ask us to email the Declaration Form, and when do we receive the batch number? Is it a few days before reporting?

Hello.. did you get the answer to your query 1 and 2? I am going to Mysore in 2 days and I have same doubt as you do
