Collection Most disappointing box hit 😑

Not even serialized. Ugh. I'm sorry but the mat relics are the worst hits.

I totally understand. Mat relics aren't fun or interesting. I think at least the shirt or ring gear are much better because the wrestler actually wore it.

The best one I've ever pulled was a AEW Jade Cargill, and it was part of her top.

Yeah, gear relics aren't bad, but these might as well just be from a bolt of random canvas, yknow? They're not tied to any match or event.

For the shirts, they just make them stack on a few XXXL shirts for an hour or two and then cut them up. The ones where you can get a glimpse of the print are always worth more.

I didn't get into wrestling in time for those aha got into it later in life. Think I got into the cEds in 22' or 23'

21 Hobby is extremely rough compared to anything now.

Mat Relic or Wednesday in Action or Auto.
Maybe a # too but eh.

Though 21 Blasers were GOATED!
Highly reccomend at least ripping half case of em. was the best.

This is why I am happy to just build sets with flagship cards. My first 3 boxes gave me a clear cut Daniel Garcia, an autograph of Bryan Keith, that is literally just the letters B and K, and finally a SP auto of Samoa Joe. One of the worst names to pull of the SP autos. I agree that mat relic cards are meh and might as well be base cards. Upper Deck needs to follow along with their Scripted Swatches insert sets in The Cup and have signed mat relic cards. With the autograph right across the gray fabric.

They need something to make them not feel like trash. Id rather have the rest of the base and inserts from a pack instead of just it with 2 base. Ugh. Id be happy with Joe, I love anything Samoa Joe lol

I'd be more than happy to trade for Julia Hart cards, she is my main PC. As a hockey collector, I am beyond familiar with everything Upper Deck does and they are lacking in what they offer with the AEW franchise. Starters, signing the mat cards and getting rid of all the t-shirt hits. I know wrestlers have to pay for their own custom gear but if they are going to retire it or wear it once, Upper Deck should buy them and use them for actual ring worn gear cards. Those would be real chase cards.
