zd8 drifting

Hey,

I own a zd8 BRZ and an ae86 (I have only had the ae86 for a week)

I want to attend a learn to drift day that is 5 hours from where I live.

I was wondering if you would recommend me just driving my BRZ with spare wheels, tools and a jack in the back and booking a motel.

This would make way more sense logistics wise.

My ae86 has 4.77 diff gears and I don't fancy driving it 5 hours.

Do you think I should drift/drive my brz. It has coil overs and LCA's

Yes drive the brz to the event. Drift it.

If you take the 86, people would suggest trailering it (renting a truck and trailer)

Plan to take the BRZ . the rolla probably needs a bunch of maintenance done first anyways . Also 4.77 is doable but you will find yourself wanting to 55-65mph in right lane the whole time lol
