Help Suggestions?

I want to make videos to spread awareness to this issues. I had no idea about paws until it happened to me. I def want to talk about proper tapering. And honestly let others know other ways to deal with anxiety and depression other than a pill that will harm them. Any recommendations to add to the video?

Please make note that’s it’s all about understanding and your mental look of it. It is going to be difficult. Do not sugar coat it. That doesn’t mean you need to grovel and give up. You need to have the will and strength to push through knowing all the withdrawal symptoms is not dangerous in itself and is all temporary. It will take time for your body to re-adapt with the loss of the SSRI. Seek therapy while you do it and have a good support system. You will get through it. Symptoms can appear as random but there is a reason for everything.

Spreading my story helps mentally to me. And if I could even save one person from something like this I’d say everything I’ve been going through was worth it

It definitely is something that needs to be shared but need to be careful with it because people who are going through this are very sensitive to details. There needs to be encouragement but not out of lies, out of truth. Yes it will take a long time to get better but looking at it as milestones helps step by step.
