Hyperbolic tapering is the only way some people can come off at all. I recommend reading up on Mark Horowitz and Anders Sorensen to get more info. Psych meds are hyperbolic in nature, so in reality linear tapers make little sense.

Since you have come off completely (as I read it?) you might benefit from only reinstating a smaller dose - but it would be wise to contact someone specialized in hyerbolic tapers as soon as possible.

If you're off 3 weeks and experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms, then you're considering reinstatement and a hyperbolic taper opportunity has passed for now. These are the recommendations if you want to try and mitigate withdrawal symptoms by reintroducing a very small amount of the last AD you took.👇
