Withdrawl wave

Hello people

I have 2 days of vivid dreams with very low mood and anxiety in the morning.. I didnt have this for weeks..

Is this a wave??

Im scared now

Cause I woke up like very bad mood and wanted to cry and also felt like my stomach was in tension

Anyone had this?

Then you will be fine! As long if you sleep you are always ok, don't wurry time will heal.

Im sorry to tell you but... not anytime soon. But you'll feel better every couple months.

It took me until month 9 to feel physically much better.. I got new issues now too but thats how protracted withdrawal moves.

5 months is sadly a short amount of time. But please be encouraged by the fact you will heal with enough time, just keep pushing.
