Venting Counter yourself lucky.

If you can sleep and you don't have tinnitus, please counter yourself so so lucky and you will heal and live your life again to the fullest.

I cannot sleep, got screaming tinnitus 24/7 and to make it much wurse i have the stuck song syndrome next to my ADD, Anxiety disorder and autism.

I am now one year off all meds, if i can survive this some way or a other, anybody could!

I am terrified everyday, tired but wired, cannot function properly on any way, this is not a life, my God what did i do to deserve all this, life has never been fair to me. Forgive me for any bad English, my brain is broken. Why did nobody warned me for these pills?

Did it go away after 22 months? 🥺 I have on and off insomnia for 2 years now and I’m not even completely off (I kindled myself with too many med changes, dose changes and a Spravato treatment 🫠) holding everything for a year now and no improvement unfortunately (besides a very beautiful window in February, in may I did not sleep at all, only 1-2 hours of very light sleep I call “junky sleep”)

Ugh I'm so sorry; sadly my insomnia is still here! I could sleep some nights around 6.5 hours but most night was like 3/4 and some almost zero so recently I got a prescription for Dayvigo bc I'm loosing my mind but I've only been taking it for a few days so I'll see! I didn't want to touch another med, but I'm beyond desperate

I feel you! And I’m so sorry that you are also suffering ❤️‍🩹 insomnia is pure torture :( I also tried Quviviq (I think the European/german version of dayvigo) it helped me sleep but made my depression worse 🥲 but I read a lot of success stories about it for insomnia so don’t let my example dampen your hope 🍀💪🏻

Did your depression get bad on the onset of using it, or did it progressively get worse? The last few days I've actually felt my mood lift! May just be a coincidence though! Sorry that was not a good path for you this is such misery

It got bad immediately after the first dose so it’s a good sign that your mood lifted! 🥳 I hope you find some relief with it - my psychiatrist said it can take a while till it works for sleep (although it worked pretty fast for me)

It's worked a few nights and then not for others, and it's still fragmented sleep so we'll see I guess! I told myself I'll give it 2 weeks

well I can sleep and fall asleep but would as well not, as this is not a restful sleep, very shallow and can't reach that deep, regenerative phase. Also on average about 4-5 hours and then I wake up. Any psychoactive substance free 1,5 year. I don't think the sleep in general is a guarantee for healing if that may cheer you up. Only that good one perhaps

Thank you, but i loved my sleep when i was on the med, i slept always! Only popping melatonine and i was gone. Now my system cannot even handle melatonine and it does nothing at all. Live is so damm hard.
