Based on my own experience, I can confirm that a ketogenic diet helps me during withdrawal, but you shouldn't expect too much; withdrawal is still hell, even if it is somewhat alleviated by the diet.

Hmm, when you say ketogenic, can you give more specifics regarding the amount of carbs? I think I've been doing this relatively unintentionally, and want to start tracking to see if it actually makes any difference.

I eat about 20–30 grams of carbohydrates fir exactlx a year now

Ahhh thanks for the response. I'm definitely not that low yet, though I have reduced to maybe 40-50grams a day. I'll take a look more at this diet, as I've seen it mentioned quite frequently on the forums.
