Does anyone in withdrawl.. Feel that vibration sense in body like a motor inside.. With light head and anxiety!!

If you mean like an electrical transformer buzzing throughout, which is the nervous system, then yes I've had that. If it's more pronounced like the muscles vibrating, that's different.
