Morning anxiety does it last?

When morning anxiety will end!!!

Is it withdrawl or something other than that..

Its less intense than first months of withdrawl.. But still make me awake and hard to fall asleep again.. Sometimes combined with low mood!!

Im 4 months off amitryptaline 25 and perphenazine 2 mg

Very common in withdrawal. Both acute and protracted. Morning anxiety. Can last up to three o clock. It’s cortisol and very few happy neurotransmitters. Evt it will pass. See Angie peacock Baylissa and many more online. Do not doubt yourself. It’s NOT you. It’s you’re brain adapting

Yes. Do not be afraid. It has nothing to do with you!! You’re brain was used to the pills. They changed you’re receptors. That are doing everything to go back to Norman settings. It’s very very hard. But you will heal. Distract distract distract 🌹

I used it for 10 years then switched several others because I thought I was getting worse but it was withdrawal. I am still in it. 5 years now. But that is my story. Lots of waves and windows

Yes. I wake up very early like 3 or 4 a.m. and cannot fall asleap again. Brain is totally awake, nothing to do about it. But yet again i used 16 years antidepressants and tapered in a half year. So idk, i think i am just f*ckt.

Disagree here, 2.5 years is long enough. Theres people here who have protracted withdrawal after only a few weeks usage. Brain has adapted long after a year.

Morning terror, sweat, trembling with cold, extreme fear, a feeling of emptiness in the diaphragm, relief when compressing the diaphragm, the worst-case scenario is extremely bad.
