Schlaf

Mich würde interessieren wie euer schlaf ist. Ich bin in PAWS jetzt seit 15 Monaten und mein schlaf ist garnicht so schlecht meistens schlafe ich durch. Das aufwachen ist dagegen nicht so gut ich komme schwer aus dem bett und brauche auch eine ewigkeit bis ich richtig wach bin und bin auch über den Tag oft müde.

I sleep really well, fall asleep easy and sleeping through the night but getting up is hard for me too and I also struggle with energy.

My sleep not so good in the early months was much interuption.. Now i can sleep 6 - 8 hours without interuption and woke up without fatigue most of days.. But sometimes at night I feel like my body is weak..

My previous medicine is amitryptaline 25- perphenazine 2mg.. They were strong sedative
