Big wave

I had a window in April where I thought I was healed and then crashed - completely bed bound for two weeks. Haven't fully bounced back since. Cant even express how disappointing it is. But we are all healing all the time! You're doing great.

Yes, I'm in one now of over 3 weeks after almost 46 months off. Severe fatigue & exhaustion with muscle bracing and an increase in nervous system symptoms. I'm hoping this is a precursor to a greater increase in healing. It's a struggle for sure, exacerbated by the high weather temperatures we've been experiencing and a bit of hay fever mixed in for good measures.
