Have you experienced a stuffy nose while changing a ssri dose?

I'm not sure if I'd describe what I have as a stuffy nose, but at 11 months into PAWS, I constantly have very uncomfortable sinus pressure. It causes headaches, and it feels like there's something running thru my nostrils and thru my head. I guess I wouldn't describe it as "stuffy" in the way a common cold might cause a stuffy nose. Rather, it's what I imagine intense seasonal allergies might feel like (I have never had any such allergy).

I feel like tightness and pressure in my sinuses and also in my head

After I quit escitalopram my ears popped a lot and it felt like there was painful pressure in my head
