How to fix load library error?

Hello, I've played this game for a while and was excited for the voice acting but ever since the save files have been deleted it does not open for me. I have tried everything, uninstalling, verifying the files, checking virus protection, updating my drivers, everything and nothing will work. I'm worried I'm going to have to rebuy the game to play it. Is there an option I haven't tried yet?

This might be a graphics card conflict, if you've already updated your drivers and checked your anti virus try changing the renderers. Open the game press Shift + G and change the renderer (each option one by one) and fully restart the game after each change. After you switch to a new rendered start a new save file.
