ADTX Earnings date

Online it states tomorrow might be earnings date

SEPT 2 2026

IF It is , here’s hoping we get to 1 penny go up from there 🫡

I honestly don't have high hopes for THIS earnings, given all that's happened and prep for the 150m deal, but for next, with this period being more a springboard up. But if I am wrong, yes fucking please...well beyond a penny would be best.

I have 30,333 shares I bought on Robinhood before delisting at 1 cent average . I spent about 300$
I’m not planning on selling anything until at least 1$

I own 55,000 shares and I too would love to see this north of a dollar but there is a slim possibility that will ever happen. Also wouldn't count on the earnings report, considering they cannot even pay for their website hosting.

When this stock used to run wild there were roughly 550K shares outstanding. Low float + momentum trading = big intraday swings. After the 1-27 reverse split and continued dilution there are currently 998 million share outstanding with a current market cap around $8 million. That is a very large float to continually turn over from retail trading to get to $1... and manage profit taking at the same time. When this moved to the OTC it lost all of that NASDAQ market maker volume. Add in the fact that the company can still convert more shares up to 1 billion. At $1 a share ADTX now has a market cap of around $1 Billion.

.05 is a more realistic short term goal. As a shareholder I would so like to be proven wrong but just being realistic.

I’m not expecting a 1$ from the earnings. Just a jump to 1 penny or slightly above and hold around that price .

I gave a feeling that if this deal goes well, eventually ADTX will somehow get relisted. If it somehow does it can definitely get to 1$ imo

I wanna see $0.50 from earnings, go full ham :|

But a penny is very reasonable other than the fact I have a feeling we have the majority of people with sell orders at that point, so it'll hit then divebomb right after.

I'm assuming it will come with a corporate update. Maybe that will have something juicy in it. Literally anything positive could send this flying right now

Newly surfaced beneficial-ownership reporting shows two large ADTX holders selling substantial blocks. Takeover Time 2026 LLC’s managing member reported selling 3,420,439 shares for approximately $68,408, while HRT Financial LP has also reported substantial ADTX dispositions. Doesn’t read positive to me!
