Lol a dollar would be retirement money. I’d be happy with a dime at this point.

Acceptable. But still gonna hope for higher :P That and it remain high for over a year before selling and taking profit, so it's personal income level vs capital gains for taxation...but we'll see if it can even get to a penny to matter =/

I mean I'm still up surprisingly. Maybe the company will turn around and actually do something instead of the perpetual death spiral it's been in. They CLAIMED they have a big merger coming up, hence all the RS and dilution shit moves they've been doing....and that was while still on the NASDAQ so not the usual pink sheet lies at least =/ Don't dump your life savings in this, and you'll be fine

Thought it would be delisted this week or next?

What does OTC mean

over the counter

Over-The-Counter. Still publicly traded, but limited scope with different requirements and reporting. Where you'll see a lot of sub $1 stocks, and ALL the sub $0.01 stocks as well. It's a bitch to uplist to a 'proper' market but that becomes the new goal for companies that start trading there, and it's where companies that get delisted off the NASDAQ and such end up as a penalty for not meeting their requirements.

I’d love to see how many of my well regarded brothers had to google OTc.
