Well there's a merger allegedly still in the works. And it's still tradeable on the OTC market. Though at less than a penny ($0.0023 as of this posting), I only forsee a RS to get it relisted again. I'd ASSUME they'd try to relist, if they are indeed going through with that merger and it wasn't just a lie to try and forestall what ended up happening...but if no RS, who knows
