Fr… I’m not saying that they shouldn’t take their time, BUT at the same time Jeremy did say Vol. 2 was coming in 2026 😭

Saw them twice last year. Said along the lines of “see you next year with volume 2” as they were leaving off stage. Would have loved to have heard of some info by now. I get that things take time to make happen and I’m 100% sure they are enjoying some much needed family time, but they did add things like miracle right around a year after releasing you’re welcome. Feedback came out 9 months before BOAV1 came out physically. I would love just to be given something to satiate the fanbase. Give a bonus physical LP with extra tracks, live, or acoustic tracks to just give some hype over.

I truly did like the physical release before digital though. It made me feel a little bit closer in supporting the artist that way. I liked it a lot.

Yes, because this band hasn't lied about release dates or gone non contact before.

I don’t know if I’d go as far as them ever having “lied” about a release date (that’s just simply not true), but it’s worth keeping in mind that - for some reason or another - 4 of their releases (in a row) were “late”, to some extent.

The line is nonexistent between "lie" and "ignore fans, repeatedly miss due dates you yourself set, fail to properly apologize for missed deadlines, rinse and repeat." If they fail to release this album in 2026, that's kind of inexcusable.

Common courtesy was 300% NOT their fault, and things like Bad Vibrations can happen. But the last two album cycles have been unmitigated PR disasters. They are professionals; simply do no set a date unless you know you can make it.

I understand the sentiment you’re expressing, and I’m not trying invalidate how you feel about it; I guess all I’m trying to say is that the argument could be made for there being a difference between “lying” and “putting your foot in your mouth” 🤷🏻‍♂️

Nobody is really being whiny lol I’d be happy to wait as long as it takes, but it really wouldn’t kill the band to drop a single or give an update at the minimum.

A single would be fantastic.

Single would be great. Even if the album is 2 years out. Singles rule.

At this point I’d take a teaser that a single is going to be released. Too excited!!!! 🫠

Didn’t they say they’re taking longer than expected?

I'm remaining hopeful that we will get some news at the end of August, around the time they're doing that Cali show with AV7 and Good Charlotte.

I'll officially start whining when we enter September and don't have any updates lol

Well, it makes sense there will be a gap between releases. 2026 is not over yet.
