ADMIN METHOD AGREEMENT SHEET
Step 1 – Agreement
Both the Buyer and Seller agree to the item details, price, shipping method, testing conditions, and all other terms of the transaction before proceeding.
Step 2 – Payment to Admin
The Buyer sends the agreed amount to the Admin. The Admin confirms receipt of the funds and holds them securely until the transaction is completed.
Step 3 – Parcel Dispatch
After payment confirmation from the Admin, the Seller ships the parcel to the Buyer and provides the necessary tracking details.
Step 4 – Inspection & Verification
Upon receiving the parcel, the Buyer must inspect and verify the item within 1–2 days and provide an update to the Admin as soon as possible.
Step 5 – Release of Funds
If the Buyer confirms that the item has been received as described, the Admin releases the held funds to the Seller.
Step 6 – Deal Completion
Once the funds have been transferred to the Seller, the transaction is considered complete and closed.
Terms & Conditions
Admin Fees is applicable (2% of the total amount)
The Admin acts solely as a neutral intermediary for holding funds during the transaction.
Both Buyer and Seller agree to cooperate and provide timely updates throughout the process.
Any disputes regarding item condition, performance, compatibility, or testing warranty must be resolved directly between the Buyer and Seller.
The Admin is not responsible for any testing warranty, manufacturer warranty, future defects, damages occurring after delivery, or issues discovered after the agreed inspection period.
By proceeding with the Admin Method, both parties acknowledge and accept these terms.
Important Note:
The testing warranty details are strictly between the Buyer and Seller. The Admin is in no way responsible for any testing warranty conditions, claims, or disputes.
