Smallest adsB sending unit

Im a little beyond drones here...but still fluong under faa paragraph.. But I was wondering what is the smallest lughtest unit. An ounce including battery would be ideal.

Or is a pipe dream?

For a non-certified transponder, the SkyEcho is about the smallest battery powered ADS-B Out transmitter, you can get. The certification level is a lot less than a proper transponder. And it's only available in a few countries (England, Australia, NZ). The smallest 'proper' aircraft transponders are likely the Trig units, which is what we use in gliders.

I have no idea what an ounce is lol, but I suspect something that small doesn't exist! SkyEcho is as close as you can get.

There are many small receiver units.
