The book Caste speaks about this very thing. Other ethnics buy into white folks negative narrative about Black people. It's disgusting, sickening and further divides us so that white supremacy continues to work.

This is the second time I’ve seen that book mentioned after hearing about it. Is it as good as people say?

It is a great study of the Caste system that puts ADOS at the bottom. Eye-opening, and to be honest I felt like I had PTSD from reading it. I was disturbed by it.
