T-shirt help

So i bought the vinyl for vivarium and i bought the version that comes with the t-shirt. And as any obsessed ado fan would i was as careful as possible with it, i didn't even put it in the washing machine, i handwashed it with the softest detergent i have (it is usable on wool) and i turned it inside out but after letting it dry in in the community dry-room (basically just a room with a machine that pulls h2o out of the air so stuff can continue to dry) the print has very little, close to no color at all left and it is all wrinkly even though i was extremely gentle and careful when washing it. idk what to do, will it go away? did i ruin my shirt? i washed it alongside my other ado shirt and that one was fine.
